Have back pain? These basic stretches are a good start to getting into a quick stretch routine at home. Make sure you hold each stretch for 1 min to get the full effect.

Here we go again…
4th Covid wave is hitting NYC so I’m upping my Covid safety protocols to keep everyone safe! I’ve learned so much the past year and I want everyone to feel comfortable for their massage. I’m boosted with my third vaccine and I will now be double masked with a surgical and KN95 mask at all times. I’m asking YOU to please wear your mask during our session. If you need a mask I will have them available. As always I’m deep cleaning after each session and invested in proper ventilation. Wishing everyone a safe new year!!

Is anyone having low back pain?
My all time favorite stretch for your lower back is this hamstring wall stretch. It’s a great passive stretch for low back and hamstrings. Make sure you are at a 90 degree angle and stay in as long as you like. You’ll feel like a million bucks after!
