Flu Update:

The flu is still a serious threat! The number of flu deaths this season has increased to 26 as of January 27th. If you have flu-like symptoms (fever over 100 degrees, headache, extreme fatigue, sore throat, muscle aches, dry cough, and runny or stuffy nose), please seek care with your Primary Care Physician as soon as possible. - Women to start getting regular Pap tests at age 21
- Parents to make sure their pre-teens get the HPV vaccine at age 11 or 12
- Women to get the HPV vaccine before age 27
- Men to get the HPV vaccine if you are under age 22
