On this day 3 years ago my dream came true - I opened my own gym !
I want to thank everyone who supported me, believed in me and was by my side in very difficult times. Special gratitude to my biggest support and inspiration ! Big thanks to my brother and my friend
And thanks to all our trainers and clients for being a part of a big family !

It started many years ago as a distant dream, then it became a goal, and then it became a reality ! It was a very long journey, full of obstacles, with many ups and downs.
And I realized one interesting and very important fact: all these years of bodybuilding I wasn’t building my body as much as I was building my inner discipline and forging my character. Body was a very nice bonus to it. And discipline is what helped me the most to get where I am today.
So I want to tell all our clients - you’re building something much bigger and much more important than just a beautiful and healthy body. By showing up and putting in hard work, you are building your character, your discipline and resilience ! Nice body comes as a good bonus.

12 months progress - 58 lbs down with significant improvement on the muscle tissue. Blood work also showed significant improvement on many markers.
And of course overall well-being is so much better.
Considering a very intense work schedule Jonathan always showed up and put in a hard work, which is the key to success!
If you are concerned not only with the look but primarily with your health - there is no magic pill or way around hard work, which also builds your character !

‼️60.5 lbs down in 5 months‼️
Current weight 255.5 lbs
Even though Avi's main goal for now is weight loss, our workouts are structured in the way that allows us to build muscle tissue while lowering fat %. Our work continues.
ivatorov, I'm very proud of your determination and consistency !
I'm sure it will be another motivation to a lot of people !
Day by day, step by step, following simple recommendations from the trainer. No magic involved, just you making conscious daily choices towards your goal.
