Try this feel-good and delicious healthy winter salad filled with antioxidants that prevent aging

Super easy!

Mixed greens 2 cups
Sliced Apples 1/4 (pink lady or honeycrisp are my favorites)
Pomegranates 1 tbsp
Candied Pecans 1/2 cup
Goat or Feta Cheese 2 tbsp
1/2 cup chicken salad or protein source
Beets 1/4
Toasted Sesame or creamy Balsamic dressing works best
Measure with your heart

Most of you want to see dramatic differences, but I’m telling you… play the long game. One percent better every day makes a huge difference in a few weeks, which turns into a few months, a few years. Start with 1 small habit change that is one step closer to your goals. Want to run more? Start with walking or jogging. Want to eat more fiber? Add in 1 vegetable during a meal. Need to hydrate more? Drink 1 more glass of water. Want to stop scrolling on your phone? Read 1 chapter of a book
