Now that I’m getting over this bronchitis I can finally look back and appreciate all the gifts I got during my Brazil trip.

I met my colleague Elisa almost a decade ago before I was fully teaching and was still early in my Chairwork journey. She’s seen me come so far and has been so supportive! I was moved to receive the most amazing Brazil tee and note from her 😊

Being one of the only women teaching Chairwork is quite an experience, and having the care of so many colleagues all over the world is a blessing.

I had the pleasure of being a guest speaker at my alma mater ✨
BU is now offering a wonderful seminar for psych students that teaches them all about the various pathways to clinical careers. I have never heard of such a class being offered to undergrads, and it is truly such a great thing to provide. Undergrads are often very unprepared and uninformed about their options if they wish to pursue clinical licensure, and giving them the opportunity to hear from different types of licensed clinicians can really help them have a clearer sense of their goals and direction.

It was a treat to get to speak to these students about my career path as an LMHC.

Thanks to Boston University for the kind invitation and the students for their warm reception. I am wishing them all so much success!
