Art • Skin • Time — Vol. 2 | Guatemala
“Guatemala offered something rare: culture, nature, and perspective.
From Antigua to the ascent of Acatenango Volcano, nothing felt hurried. We enjoyed the landscape, the trail, and a slow passage of time.
The hike was strenuous. The air was thin. The sun was unforgiving.
And it quietly reinforced something I often tell patients: skin and hair are not separate from life. They respond to environment, exposure, stress, and care.
Covered skin. Sunglasses. SPF. Scarves. Presence.
Beauty doesn’t come from control alone.
It comes from respect for place, for rhythm, for the body moving through it.
This series is a reminder that aesthetics, like nature, unfold best when nothing is rushed.”
