Starting off the weekend with something freshhhhh. I love making juice since it allows me to control the nutrients I’m getting, plus it’s a great way to use up produce before it goes bad (not to mention it’s much more budget-friendly than buying from a shop!!!). This morning I made apple-carrot-ginger-lemon-orange-pineapple juice!
If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender and separate the pulp from the juice with either a cheese cloth or a very fine wire strainer.
