Do you ever feel like you should be further along? Like healing is something you have to rush through, check off a list, or get right?

The truth is- healing isn’t linear. It’s not a race. And it’s okay to rest. Some days, progress looks like big breakthroughs. Other days, it looks like simply making it through. Both are valid. Both are enough.

Give yourself the same patience and compassion you’d offer a friend. Healing takes time- your time. And that’s okay. 💙
