Snow day update ❄️

Due to the snowstorm expected tomorrow, we’ve decided to cancel all classes at Spirit Lab Yoga School on 38th st, as well as some classes at the Studio on 39th st, in the interest of keeping our students and teachers safe.

That said, will still teach two classes at the Studio (54 w 39th st, 5th fl) if you’re able to make it safely:

🕛 12pm Hot Vinyasa
🔥 2pm Burn Lab Sculpt

💕Both will also be offered as $12 community classes.

If you were registered for a class that’s been canceled, your class credit was returned to your account so you can rebook anytime.

✨50hr Traditional Hot Yoga (26+2) + Energy Anatomy Training Early Bird Deadline is January 21st!

✨Join Dr. Rose Erin Vaughan and Alena Wertalik in this one-of-a-kind training. Learn how knowledge of the “Energy Anatomy” and myofascial pathways can enhance and illuminate the magical 26 posture hot yoga sequence.

✨Traditional Hot Yoga (aka Bikram Yoga) has healed countless practitioners of injuries and conditions, whether physical, mental, or emotional. This training will deepen your understanding of your own self and your steps to healing through the lens of energy/meridian pathways. We will learn all 12 Energy Lines and their corresponding organs and emotions as we breakdown and workshop each part of this sequence. Each evening, we will put it all together in a Traditional Hot Yoga class with special Energy based cues.

✨10am to 7pm (Monday 1/16 ends at 4pm)
