The biggest lie in health and fitness is that if you can’t make it to the gym, the day is a write-off.

It’s not.

Some of the highest-impact habits you can build for your metabolism, energy and focus take less than 10 minutes and require zero equipment. They just need to be built into the rhythm of your day.

This is the exact structure I’d use if I was an executive working 9 to 5 and couldn’t guarantee a gym session every day.

After 8 hours at your desk, those little windshield wiper rotations for your hips aren’t going to cut it!

The key to mobility training is resistance! Just like strength training…

If there’s no resistance, there no change.

Just like your strength training, overcoming a force (in this case the tension you’re creating in your body) sends a signal to your brain to lay down new healthy tissue and to make your body strong stronger.

Without that feedback, your brain thinks you’re fine. No need for more range of motion, no need to unlocking the join, no need for control.

World’s greatest stretch isn’t good enough either! Here’s why ↓

imagine for a second the posture you sit all day in:
- shoulders rounded forward
- pelvis tucked underneath you
- hip flexors locked
- and your bum completely dead to the world

And now you think you’re gonna walk into the gym and all of the muscles that have been in full couch, potato mode all day are magically gonna do their job? 🤔

“Good form” of almost any exercise you’re about to do in the gym demands literally the opposite shape you just spent your entire day in..

We need:
- shoulders pulled back and down
- spine elongated
- hip flexor lengthened
- and very active glutes (especially if you want to grow them)

So in order to achieve that we need to
1. Unlock the joints that are stuck in the opposite position.
2. Activate the muscles that have been inhibited.

There is one mobility routine & warmup I have used for every workout I’ve done since 2016.

Because it does EXACTLY that: primes every joint and every muscle in the body to move the way you want them to move.

Seven years into living my dream I was exhausted, inflamed, and falling apart.

This is the story I don’t always tell in full.
From ballet dancer → NYC trainer → holistic health coach that couldn’t fix her own broken body.

I searched everywhere for answers…I literally had access to the best possible care….and yet nothing was fixing the problem.

- low energy
- body fat that wouldn’t budge
- and mysterious health issues with no cause

Then a one-way ticket to Bondi.

After a burnout diagnoses, I was on my own to get to the bottom of it.
