Wow — 20 years ✨
It feels like yesterday we opened our doors on E 59th St with one simple goal: to provide the very best care possible, to treat people the right way, and to build something we could be proud of.
First and foremost, I want to thank our incredible staff. Past and present. The PT’s, the administrative team, the PT aides, VGA billing — they are the heartbeat of this practice. Everyday they each give a 110% to ensure our clients get the best possible care. The early mornings, the late nights, the constant commitment to doing right by every patient — none of this happens without you. I could never have done this alone, and I never have. This has always been a team effort.
To the running and endurance community — thank you for embracing us, trusting us, and allowing us to be part of your journeys. We are proud to be involved with such a passionate, resilient, and inspiring group of people. Watching you chase goals, overcome setbacks, and cross finish lines has been one of the greatest privileges of these past 20 years.
To our referral partners (coaches, doctors, athletes) who have trusted us with your patients — thank you for your confidence in us. Your trust means everything.
Last but not least, our patients — thank you for your loyalty. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your recovery (or should I say recoveries), your comebacks, your milestones, your most challenging moments. The relationships we’ve built over the years go far beyond treatment plans and appointments. Many of you have become friends (some even spouses, haha). Some of you have been with us for years — even decades. That kind of trust is humbling.
When I reflect on these 20 years, what stands out most isn’t just the growth of the business — it’s the people. The friendships. The stories. The shared victories. The laughs at the front desk. The teamwork behind the scenes. The feeling that we are part of something bigger than ourselves.
