Myra Luz Martinez is New York State licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition. She has been actively teaching Reiki since 2008 and has been licensed in massage therapy for nearly 20 years. In May 2023, Myra founded her private practice, Heart Based Therapies, to devote herself full-time to her passion for helping others. Her private practice specializes in touch therapies that are therapeutic in nature and require focused work to create long-lasting positive changes such as increased mobility and reduced pain. Through her Reiki classes, Myra empowers individuals with the tools to navigate their lives more easily. Whether through Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, or teaching Reiki, Myra is dedicated to helping individuals make positive life changes.
