Fun fact - when you see the words “enriched” or “fortified” on products, that’s a very good thing. Enriched foods have nutrients (vitamins and minerals) added back that were lost during processing. Best examples of this are bread, pasta, and other products made from white flour that have B vitamins added back.
Fortified foods contain additional nutrients that they do not contain naturally. A big example is milk, which is usually fortified with vitamin D.
Vitamins and minerals are also written out in their name entirety on food ingredient labels.
