The Circuit of Change method is a dynamic reflection of our belief that movement will heal you. Fusing yoga, kickboxing, and primal movement, founder Brian Delmonico has harnessed a lifetime of athletic experience and mindfulness to create a unique practice that activates both mind and body. You'll leave the class experience full of positive energy, alive to the present moment, and feeling stronger and free every time. But that change doesn't happen in isolation. our little family has been on quite the journey… we recently made some BIG moves, and are settling into our new home in TEXAS! We have an exciting new biz in development (more on that coming soon!) and welcoming another baby girl into our world😍
