Happy Thanksgiving Get Real Tribe!
I hope you all are having a gracious and loving week.
Although practicing gratitude and reflection is an ongoing element to self-care, this time of the year helps to qualify that in many ways.
Something as simple as spending a few minutes taking inventory on some things to appreciate can be rewarding and telling.
Today I just want to make a short list of some things I am grateful for:
🧙🏽♂️Contributing to the magic that is New Orleans
🤝Being a part of the New Orleans community
🗣️The trust and good word (https://g.page/r/CShVCf-6REznEAE/review) of others
⚡My body's innate ability to heal and thrive
💪🏽The power of REAL Chiropractic
🥹Seeing countless lives change and witnessing daily miracles
🌒The ability to live my dream of a footing in two places
🤩The excitement to start something new
🥰The support and love of friends and family
One exercise I encourage to all people is to do this type of work daily.
There is always something to be grateful for and starting each day declaring such things in a flow state of love and purpose starts the inertia of goodness and happiness.
Try it for a few weeks!
Take just five minutes to write and meditate on a few things to be fond of - no matter how small or trivial it may seem.
And when you bask in gratitude and walk with love as your master, your days will be better.
And you deserve it!🌈
