2 reasons why we see corn in our 💩? One reason is we are not chewing enough to break it in tiny particles. 2nd reason is because the plastic bag like skin that corn has. It’s hard to break in your mouth while chewing, therefore it will not fit In your veins and travel as blood. As a consequence of not chewing & hard texture food can’t fit & transfer into blood therefore it comes out. Waste of money and time.

Asking why? Coffee makes you p**p during the day because it affects your digestive system so quickly. When you drink a cup of coffee, it stimulates your body to release the hormones gastrin and cholecystokinin. Both gastrin and cholecystokinin trigger the gastrocolic reflex, which stimulates your body to make a bowel movement. I’m not personally recommending it, since it’s dehydrates the colon, but great temporary solution.
