The International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice (IMSMP) is a world leading center for the care and treatment of people with multiple sclerosis. The most comprehensive multidisciplinary MS team is assembled to provide the best level of care for our patients. The IMSMP is unique in the breadth of services we offer. Our full-time, board-certified neurologists, are exclusively devoted to the management of multiple sclerosis. Other physicians with a range of specialties, including urology, urogynecology, orthopedics, pain management, neurosurgery and hematology, operate clinics within our practice at various times throughout the month. In addition, a full-time naturopathic doctor is available, who complements your neurologist’s treatment with supplements, diet, exercise and other wellness techniques. We also provide a physical therapy, social work and MRI suite within our center, which allows for convenient comprehensive care and facilitates true multi-disciplinary evaluation and communication between departments. Our research affiliate, the Tisch Multiple Sclerosis Research Center of New York (Tisch MSRCNY) is a non-profit independent medical research organization dedicated to finding the cause and a cure for multiple sclerosis. Tisch MSRCNY focuses on translational research, bringing findings quickly from the laboratory into clinical application to treat symptoms of MS and to halt or reverse damage caused by the disease.
