🤎 Those who know me — and those who’ve been following my stories in the past couple of years — know how important a health-conscious, high-vibrational lifestyle is to me.
And lately, I’ve felt an even deeper pull to speak about it more intentionally.
We’re constantly surrounded by things that lower our vibration… the toxins in our food, the chemicals in our clothes and cosmetics, the quality of our water, the air we breathe, the media we consume, the people we surround ourselves with, our emotions, our own thoughts and belief systems, ancestral trauma, and other subtle influences designed to disconnect us from our bodies, our intuition, and our power. 🌿
But here’s the good news:
✨ We can rise above it.
✨ We can make choices that support our energy.
✨ We can elevate our vibration.
So moving forward, you’ll see more content in my feed about living in a higher frequency — from conscious foods and healthier products to holistic practices and the healing work that helps us release what’s weighing us down. ☀️
