✨✨✨14th Annual New Year’s Manifestations Workshop✨✨✨
January 1, 2024
2pm -3:30pm EST
This year’s edition is even more special + powerful!!!
I am trilled to announce that my bestie and incredible yoga teacher, Tanya Pergament will be co-teaching the New Year’s Manifestations workshop this year, YAY!!! We will be holding space for you to plant the seeds of intention for 2024 + bring your dreams to life!!!

This year 100% of the donations will go directly to What better way to start the year than to put the power of our practice to be of service to kids in foster care. Many of you know how dear Felix is to Tanya and I and the work we do with them from teaching yoga and meditation to the kids at Camp Felix to our Om This Way events to raise money and awareness over the years.
We’ll focus on planting the seeds of intention for the year ahead with guided writing exercises, a concious and fun vinyasa flow and wrap it all up with a visualization meditation.

🙏🕉️My Intention 🕉️🙏
By guiding my students to a higher level of self awareness and deeper sense of physical alignment it is my intention to help them find optimal balance in their lives.

Once we can quiet the mind to hear what the body truly needs, tuning into our internal wisdom, we are better able to nourish ourselves and all the other relationships in our lives.

Living from the space of truth, aligning ourselves, with the rhythms of nature, opens us up to the opportunity of tremendous growth in Mind, Body and Soul.

I was never able to share these photos because we were behind the scenes
This was most definitely one of the most magical moments in time to see all these LEGENDS of the Surfing World reunite.
I had the privilege to accompany my father in law- the legendary Jack Shipley ( co-creator of Lightning Bolt Surfboards) with my incredible husband .shipley & awesome mother in law to the set of this Epic tale of
If you have yet to see The Yin + Yang of Gerry Lopez be sure to watch it… it tells a story of surf culture being created - also Gerry’s connection with Yoga 🧘🏽‍♂️

We will Breathe, Move and Meditate together to honor the Sun + this Sacred Practice.
