Small volume fat grafting is a refined technique used to restore softness and structure using your body’s own fat. Rather than dramatic changes, this approach focuses on precision—placing tiny amounts of purified fat exactly where volume has been lost to gently smooth contours, soften hollows, and improve symmetry/balance.

Common areas treated include the face, hands, and select body areas where a natural finish is essential. Because your own fat is used, results look and feel natural, with the added benefit of improved skin quality over time.

We use a “baby lipo” technique to remove the fat from areas that are good for harvesting - inner and outer thighs, lower abdomen, etc. The whole process is done in an in-office procedure, during which you are comfortably numbed with local anesthetic. We offer pronox for additional anxiety and pain relief!
