Loaded cauliflower pizza ‼️ I was craving pizza, eggs and a veggie burger so why not put them all together (hello 9 months pregnant 🤰)!? And it was delish! I sautéed kale with liquid egg whites and a bit of low fat mozzarella cheese; put on top of an crust (only 2 net carbs for the whole crust) with sauce. I added a California burger (cut into pieces) on top. This was so filling that I only ate half (and I’m never full from just one slice of regular pizza). Protein and fiber, am I right? By the way, it’s important to be mindful of the brand of cauliflower pizza crust you purchase, as some are very high in carbs (and because they say they are made out of cauliflower, shoppers oftentimes don’t even realize). I’m a huge fan of the nutritional facts and taste of crusts and find them to be a great low carb alternative to regular pizza. Anyway, hope you all are enjoying this beautiful day 😍
