We strive to cultivate a friendly and fun atmosphere, and a few events are conducted in an informal setting. Street clothes are fine (changing areas available).

We infuse NYC community-plus via embodied Zen-Tao meditative and movement-based forms, living insight, energy medicine, and inquiry. All are welcome, from absolute beginners to any body-mind / physical culture people. Classes are led by our longtime practitioner and principle instructor, Inoshi. On occasion other experienced practitioners may assist beginners in these arts as well. Dress comfortably in clothes which you can move freely in. Please see specific class descriptions for more detail, especially on footwear. For Taiji (Tai Chi) our foundation is Yang Family / Style, yet includes practice from other families.
