【Update on the crane accident on W57th street】
Our building at 57 West 57th Street is open.
The 6th avenue door is open, but the 57th street door is closed.

The NQRW station at 57th Street & 7th Ave, as well as the F station at 57th Street & 6th Ave is completely open, but you can only use the stairwells at the southern half of the station.

If you are coming from the NQRW station, you will have to walk from 57th & 7th to 56th st, then walk east on 56th St to the walkway in the middle of 6th ave and 5th ave.

Hopefully, streets will open up more by this afternoon.

Be safe, everyone!

Dental Offices to Reopen June 1

The good news we've been waiting for has finally arrived! After intense daily advocacy by NYSDA, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced, at 2:45 this afternoon, the approval of statewide opening of dental offices for regular dental care on June 1, 2020 – that’s tomorrow.

NYS Department of Health will likely issue updated guidelines tomorrow. In the meantime, please follow the CDC, OSHA and ADA current guidelines.
More information to come.

Looking forward to serving you back in our office !

Dear Patients,

We’ve been working hard to keep our office running safely. Unfortunately the time has come for us to make the very hard decision to take a temporary break due to the current global health crisis.

We will temporarily close our dental office WITH THE EXCEPTION OF EMERGENCY CARE as of March 19, 2020.
We intend to re-open the office, as the situation allows, on Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

If you should have an emergency during this temporary closure, please contact Dr. Lipschutz on his cellphone at 347-723-7341.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Stay well and we look forward to seeing you soon.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact us, we’re committed to providing you the same quality dental services while keeping you healthy and protected.

We are a private dental practice. Unlike hospitals, we see one patient at a time, two at most.
Although we believe that our office is already a safe place, we are working hard to ensure patient safety:

• We have secured surgical masks, gloves, disinfectants, and all the medical grade cleaning supplies.
• Wiping down dental chairs and sterilizing tools and supplies after each and every patient is our standard protocol. However, we are strengthening this practice even more.
• Following guidance from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control on best practices for staying healthy.

For more information on symptoms and prevention, head to the CDC's website.

See you soon,
Dr. Lipschutz and Staff
