If you understand this post, you’ll already understand this concept better than 90% of IG fitness trainers and 75% of physical therapists.

🚨Disclaimer: I made those number up but it seems pretty accurate in my head… Tell me I’m wrong. -Gary

👉🏼Now there’s nothing wrong with doing specific exercises or cool exercises you see online… I do them all the time.

👀There is however, a lot of things wrong with believing that those specific exercises will be the magical solution to your problems.

✅This post will hopefully help you understand why the dosage and intent behind an exercise and how that exercise fits within your training program… matter so much more than the exercise itself.
