So sad to hear James Earl Jones passed away. Having worked as his PT on numerous broadway shows he was such a kind, funny and endearing man. His talent was amazing as we all know. My he rest in peace🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I have a number of ways I've developed to help retrain weight placement in the feet, either one at a time or both. There are many different means to assess and retrain the foot using pressures that permeate through the neuromusculoskeletal connections from the feet all the way to the head.

If you are interested in learning these techniques you can join me this spring in Rhinebeck NY for a workshop I've developed to help better understand the use and function of the feet through replacing the Afferent pressures similar to the floor using special tools that can lead to retraining of efferent messages to the body.

Thank you to my family, friends, colleagues, and everyone else in my life for another great year of friendship, camaraderie, fun, learning and life experiences.

Gratitude and happiness are what I am feeling on this day for a year well spent.
