👨‍⚕️ PT for pro soccer players
💻 IT guy setting up WiFi
🔧 Treadmill repair technician (yes, I fixed it 😂)

Owning a clinic = wearing ALL the hats. But the best part? We’re finally getting everything set up in our new office and we’re officially OPEN to take on new patients! 🎉

Even more boxes today 🤯📦 but that just means we’re getting closer to the finish line! Over the next two days we’ve got a HUGE checklist—getting our gym mat down, setting up the front desk, organizing storage, building bikes, hanging mirrors, and dialing in our IT. It’s a lot, but every step makes this dream feel so real 🙌💪 Can’t wait to see it all come together!

You cant force growth, we'll you can but at what cost?

As a Physical Therapist, I try to teach my patients to be patient with with progress and healing takes time and effort and cant be rushed. Healing happens when the right environment and right conditions are given enough time to change.

As a business owner, I try to operate by that same lesson.

It's almost 2 years since we opened doors in Forest hills and I have been working on steady sustainable growth so my staff or family doesn't feel overextended.

I chose to take things slow and take one step at a time with business and prioritizing the roots of my practice instead of the outward appearance to build a healthy business just like how I would want my plants and patients to grow.

This plant has been with us since opening and its finally flowered, just as things in my personal life and professional life are also taking the next steps.
