CH Consumer Directed Home Care Program New homecare resource that pays family members to take care of loved ones known as CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal assistant Program)

CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal assistant Program) enables individuals to reclaim independence and comfort and have control of their own care, while paying family members to take care of there loved ones. As the Crown Heights CDPAP Coordinator my role is to educate about CDPAP, set it up and provide ongoing support in the comfort of your own home. (I come to you!) I will also help you through the process to get Medicaid if needed.
