in Dumbo, Brooklyn might be the closest thing to Hawaii for New Yorkers - they did not disappoint! Everything tasted absolutely delicious and so fresh, I can’t wait to order this for take out on beach days in the summertime.

BUY A FOOD SCALE!

This is your reminder that you never really know how much you’re eating unless you start weighing and measuring! If you are on your weight loss journey and you’re having trouble figuring out how much you should be eating, I’d recommend buying a food scale ⚖️

Buying a food scale has been so helpful on my weight loss journey. Along with using the app myfitnesspal to track my calories as well. Highly recommend buying one!

This high protein breakfast is soo delicious and takes less than 10 mins to make!

All you need:
• 2/3 cup of 
• 1/2 cup of water 
• 1 banana 
• 1 egg

30g+ protein in this breakfast 😋

These pancakes are my absolute favorite and they are so delicious! They have a higher protein content than Kodiak, no added sugars and high fiber. They also have plant based mixes as well!

the best egg salad you’ll ever have! if i could bring this into work everyday, i would, but people would probably hate me because of the smell 😂 but trust me, tastes so good!!! ⁣

best egg salad ever: ⁣
• 2 eggs⁣
• 4 strips of turkey bacon⁣
• 2 tbsps of mayo⁣
• 2 tbsps of sriracha ⁣
• salt + pepper⁣
• 2 slices of bread ⁣
⁣
bring a small pot of water to boil. add your eggs in and cook for 11 mins. while that’s cooking, fry your turkey bacon in a pan until browned and crispy and set aside. pat dry the oils and then chop up into small pieces. once your eggs are done, place your boiled eggs in a bowl of cold water. once chilled, peel! it will peel easily. in a bowl, then combine your eggs, mayo, sriracha, chopped turkey bacon and salt and pepper and mash up together with a fork- mix well. top on your favorite toasts! ⁣

made plans with a friend recently and we decided to make reservations thru to La Pizza & La Pasta at 🍴

we decided to share- prosciutto e burrata for antipasti, the salsicciotta pizza pie and gnocchi al pesto di basilico for pasta. everything was amazing! so delicious, ugh that gno was delish.

they also had a summer of spritz menu!!! aperol spritz has been my go-to drink for the summer, so I had to get it 🧡🍊🍾
