🌸 Happy first day of Spring everyone! 🌸

All the blooming trees and fresh grass are beautiful… but they can also bring sneezing, itchy eyes, and stuffy noses for our little ones.

Some common spring allergy triggers include:
🌳 Tree pollen
🌱 Grass and weeds
🌧 Mold that grows after rainy days
🏡 Pollen that gets tracked indoors on clothes, hair, or even pets

A few simple ways to help reduce symptoms:
1. Wash hands and change clothes after playing outside
2. Shower or wash hair before bed to remove pollen
3. Keep windows closed on high pollen days
4. Keep surfaces clean and dust-free

If your child has frequent sneezing, itchy eyes, or congestion this time of year, allergy testing can help identify the cause.
