🎉 Exciting News 🎉

I’m thrilled to share that I am now officially licensed as a New York State Psychoanalyst!

This milestone has been years in the making, and I’m so grateful to my mentors, colleagues, and community at NPAP who have supported me on this journey.

With this step, Evolve Through Art – Creative Arts Therapy PLLC is now expanding services to include psychoanalysis, alongside art therapy and EMDR.

I look forward to deepening this work, collaborating with peers, and continuing to support clients in their journeys of growth and transformation.

Collaging is a powerful tool in art therapy, offering a creative and accessible way to explore emotions, process trauma, and gain insight into the self. By combining materials like images, textures, and words, patients can express feelings that may be hard to verbalize. Collages help externalize internal struggles, stimulate creativity, and promote healing by allowing individuals to reassemble fragmented experiences. Whether it’s for self-expression, reflection, or relaxation, collage-making provides a therapeutic space for growth and transformation. Working with an experienced art therapist is key in this process to help you level up your healing.
