About 14 million Americans become infected with HPV every year, the CDC says. About 12,000 women are diagnosed with cervical cancer and about 4,000 women die from cervical cancer caused by certain HPV viruses.

The HPV vaccine has reduced the number of cervical pre-cancers in young women! Please get your adolescent girls and boys vaccinated. The vaccine can be taken up into your mid 20s but works best prior to any exposure.

Tip #6- 15 minutes of laughter burns 10-40 calories depending on the intensity.
It also releases endorphins (feel-good chemicals)

Tip #5: Walk more!
Whether its parking further from the entrance to work or getting off the elevator a floor early and walking the rest of the way your body will thank you!
Personally I like to pace back and forth while on the cell phone!
