I’m excited to announce this two-part Focalizing series that is free and open to everyone!
Focalizing is one of the core modalities that I use in my practice to help clients to align with their innate intelligence to dissolve past patterns and to allow a more harmonious future to evolve. If you have had an intuitive energy session with me you will probably recognize some of these techniques - and when you understand the philosophy behind it you can embrace it on a deeper level. In this class you will learn about the basics of Focalizing and you will get to experience several guided exercises and somatic experiences.
