Today we commemorate Our Dearly Departed, no longer here with us Physically but always watching over us in Spirit. Say a prayer for them today:

O gentlest Heart of Jesus, ever present in the Blessed Sacrament, ever consumed with burning love for the poor captive souls in Purgatory, have mercy on the souls of Thy servants. Be not severe in Thy judgment, but let some drops of Thy Precious Blood fall upon our beloved departed, and do Thou, O merciful Savior, send Thy angels to conduct the souls of Thy servants to a place of refreshment and peace. Amen.

Today is a special day for us at Majestic Funeral Services. Today we celebrate, as a family and as Catholics, the Feast Day of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. We were honored to donate the flower crowns on the statue of Our Lady at Our Lady of Grace Church in Howard Beach, Queens, that was donated In Loving Memory of Antoinette Guzzo and Fran Mestrandrea.
