The human heart beats over 100,000 times a day and at HRL we know heart health goes beyond the physical. It impacts energy, focus, and a student’s ability to thrive in the classroom. When we support healthy habits early, we build stronger futures.

Let’s commit to small heart-healthy choices this month: more movement, balanced meals, stress management, and routine check-ups. Every heartbeat matters.

At HRL, we work with children👶 to help them thrive, because health and learning go hand in hand. 💙

At our holiday event, kids explored our Health Barriers to Learning table, including hands-on activities like learning how to properly brush their teeth🦷. By addressing everyday health needs, we help remove barriers so children can stay healthy, confident, and ready to learn.
