Jonathan Valdez is a New York City-based Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer, with a specialization in Gerontological Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Diabetes, Lactation, Weight Loss and Case Management. He received his Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Human Nutrition at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa—then continued his education for a Master of Busine

ss Administration at the Brennan School of Business at Dominican University in Chicago, Illinois. During his studies, he traveled to Perú and South Africa where he gained appreciation of different cultures and make the science of nutrition information that is both understandable and accessible to all walks of life. His passion for nutrition began in Hawaii, where he grew up in a diverse culture surrounded by the spirit of Aloha. When his grandmother suffered from Type 2 Diabetes, he didn't realize how diet and exercise played a role in both prevention and disease management. Eventually, he realized how important food and exercise goes hand-in-hand together and was set in his journey into becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. The problem he found, was access to high-quality healthy partner who change behaviors of the public. With his mindset for business, nutrition, and fitness, he will take you through your wellness, optimize your health and bring you to your greatest quality of life.

It has been 6 months since I raged quit the job I held for almost 10 years! I stayed because it was WHF since 2014 - wild right?! I sent a scheduled email for 9:30 AM (I start at 9 AM) on this faithful Monday and never looked back. The irony is the moron they ended up promoting after doing “hunger games interviews” (I didn't participate), for the Lead Position, went on maternity leave shortly afterwards. Then not even 2 months after homegirl returned, she left! 😂😂😂.
What am I doing now? Being a sugar baby supported by my sugar daddy! :)
