✨ We’re thrilled to share some exciting news! ✨

The Junior League of Louisville is partnering with The Free Period Pantry, an incredible organization founded by two young women with a vision to make period products more accessible in under-resourced communities.

A period pantry works just like a free little library 📚—but instead of books, it’s stocked with period products. Each pantry will be maintained through community support, supply drives, and volunteer shifts to keep it filled and available to anyone who needs it.

💡 To kick off this partnership, we’ll be hosting our first Period Pantry Product Drive at the September 9th GMM! The items collected will help us establish a start-up inventory for our very first pantry box.

You’ll be hearing more soon about:
📍 The location of our first pantry
✂️ The ribbon-cutting date
🙌 Ongoing ways you can help us keep these pantries stocked

For now, we’re asking members to bring as many period products as possible to support this important initiative.

As part of our new community impact focus, championing the advancement and empowerment of women, this is one small but powerful way we can help meet a basic need. 💕
