🧐 Can you spot the posture problem here?
Both are guilty... but not of what you think. Their spines are silently arguing with gravity. 😅
The woman’s head tilts forward, her neck flexed, shoulders rounded — a classic setup for tech neck. The man, though holding his phone at eye level, shows upper-body tension: his right shoulder hikes up while he sips, loading one side of the neck more than the other.
For every inch the head leans forward, the neck bears up to 60 pounds of extra force — that’s like balancing a bone-in ribeye dinner for 30 people on your cervical spine!
✅ The fix:
Bring the screen to eye level (as he did), relax the shoulders, keep the elbows supported, and stack the ears over the collarbones. Small awareness, big relief.
