Paspa Physical Therapy is a privately owned therapy practice in midtown Manhattan specializing in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. The facility is staffed by NYS licensed / board certified therapists with many years of expertise in orthopedics and neuromuscular rehabilitation. including 10 private treatment rooms, state of the art gym, open area for stretching, core stabilization, Pilates type exercises and locker rooms with showers. The loft- like space and comfortable atmosphere creates an environment that enhances patients' recovery during their rehabilitation.

She’s deep into physical therapy and has officially entered the plyometric phase — starting with bilateral pogo hops, progressing to single-leg hops with light support, and now mastering controlled landings with proper form.

Massive congratulations to Griff conquering the Jones Beach Ironman after a tough journey through Achilles tendinitis and months of physical therapy.

Not only did he power through recovery, but he also finished the race in just over 7 hours! 🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏊‍♂️

The whole team couldn’t be prouder.
