There is a kind of wisdom that cannot be taught—only lived.
Every two weeks, I have the honor of volunteering in a senior living facility, sitting in a circle of extraordinary women—most over 60, and in these moments, 86, 93, even 100 years old. Women who have loved deeply, endured greatly, laughed endlessly, and lived through chapters most of us can only imagine.
At our Ladies’ Tea Time Circle, we don’t rush. I gently guide the conversation with a thoughtful question for each beautiful soul. We sip slowly. We listen fully. We remember what truly matters.
Stories of resilience.
Of heartbreak and healing.
Of courage, elegance, and grace across decades.
In a world that moves fast, this sacred hour reminds me: a life well lived is the most beautiful story ever told.
Grateful beyond words to hold space for these remarkable souls 🤍
