Prioritizing our health is something that we as women don’t inherently do, which is why I’ve created programs that meet every woman where they are. I help women cut through the “nutrition noise” they are constantly bombarded with, and guide them towards evidence-based, proven methods to enhance their well-being. I work with you to understand your reality and identify small changes that can make a real difference. My goal is for you to feel stronger, energized, and empowered living the life you want.

You’ve already seen her recipes and nutritional guidance on our account but allow us to reintroduce Kirsten Burns, MS, RD, our California-based dietitian who helps women feel nourished and confident through every stage of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. 

With a Masters in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from USC (and a toddler at home, with another little one on the way!🤰), Kirsten knows firsthand how transformative good nutrition can be during these seasons of life. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based care and a genuine passion for supporting women through it all.

Before becoming an RD, Kirsten worked at Thrive Global, where she discovered her love for the connection between nutrition, well-being, and long-term health. These days, you’ll find her hiking the trails of Marin, trying out new recipes, or chasing after her little one.

And in case you were wondering…her desert-island food? Definitely pizza.
