💜1/2 your plate: colorful veggies
(think leafy greens + cruciferous + red/orange) for antioxidants, fiber, folate, and gut health.
Pro tip: cooked veggies are often easier to digest

💜1/4 your plate: high-quality protein
(eggs, fatty fish, poultry, Greek yogurt, tofu, legumes) to support hormone production, blood sugar balance, and reproductive health.
