When it comes to being healthy, your best defense is a good offense!

Having a healthy game plan in place is your best bet for sticking to your goals, even when life gets in the way.

What does this look like in practice? It means packing a nutritious lunch and throwing a few healthy granola bars in your purse the night before you travel. It means weekend meal prepping some roasted veggies to throw into eggs or a salad during the week. It means signing up for workout classes and adding them to your calendar like you would an appointment.

Ever finish a meal and still feel hungry? You’re not doing anything “wrong.” Hunger after a meal just means you probably didn’t get everything your body needed at that particular sit-down.

Before grabbing something random from the pantry, pause and check in with your body. Hunger cues, satiety signals, and nutrient balance all play a role in how satisfied you feel after a meal.
