We’re honored to welcome Dr. Alexis Cutchins to the 2026 Pelvic Health Conference at Merkin Hall on March 14, 2026.

Dr. Cutchins will present on POTS and Pelvic Venous Disease, offering a clinically grounded exploration of orthostatic intolerance, dysautonomia, and the often-overlooked role of pelvic venous disease in complex chronic illness. Her session bridges cardiology and pelvic health to advance interdisciplinary understanding and patient care.

Formerly an Assistant Professor of Medicine in Cardiology at Emory University, Dr. Cutchins now practices in New York City. She is internationally recognized for her expertise in POTS, dysautonomia, Long COVID, and complex chronic illness, with research contributions highlighting the connection between pelvic venous disease and orthostatic intolerance.

🎤 Presenter Spotlight: Dr. Leslie Russek, PT, DPT, PhD, OCS

We’re honored to welcome Dr. Leslie Russek to the 2026 Pelvic Health Conference at Merkin Hall on March 14, 2026.

Dr. Russek will present “EDS Overview and Pelvic Health Considerations,” offering a clear, evidence-based look at hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) and its critical implications for pelvic health. Her session will connect research, clinical reasoning, and practical strategies for managing complex, chronic pain presentations.

A Professor Emeritus of Physical Therapy at Clarkson University and an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, Dr. Russek has focused on hypermobility and chronic pain since the 1990s. Her work spans hEDS, fibromyalgia, headaches, and chronic pain, with extensive national and international publications and presentations.

Currently, Dr. Russek co-facilitates the Allied Health Professionals ECHO Telementoring series for EDS in North America, co-teaches the EDS Finding Functional Foundations program, and contributes to multiple EDS ECHO educational initiatives—continuing to educate clinicians and patient communities worldwide.

We’re honored to welcome Dr. Jason Siefferman to the 2026 Pelvic Health Conference at Merkin Hall on March 14, 2026.

Dr. Siefferman will present “Pelvic Pain Physiatry for Chronic Pelvic Pain and Related Conditions,” offering a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to evaluating and treating complex pelvic pain. Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Interventional Pain Medicine, and Headache Medicine, he brings deep expertise in hypermobility spectrum disorders (including Ehlers-Danlos syndrome), pelvic pain, and headache disorders.

Drawing on his training at Rush Medical College and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, as well as his work at Manhattan Pain Medicine—a leading NYC practice—Dr. Siefferman will share practical strategies to improve diagnosis, function, and quality of life for patients with chronic pelvic pain.
