-Our Personal Trainings are value priced (packages start as low as $40/training) and get RESULTS! We'll customize your package for Sports Performance (golf, tennis, skiing, boxing), Total Body Strength, Pilates Reformer, and Yoga.

-Our small group classes (never more than 5 in a class) run continuously during all hours of operation, so you can always have a class at the time most convenient for yourself.

-We offer more than 140 classes a week, and more than 30 different TYPES of
classes. We offer TRX Suspension, Pole Fitness, Zumba, Spin, Yoga, Kickboxing and many many more.

-We have non membership participation options: class packages; day packages; Weight Loss program; Kidz Fit; 6-week Shape Up, and more.

-We provide education programs for industry professionals: Pilates Instructor Certification, Trainer Academy.
