a unique boutique, fully equipped movement studio, offering the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods, in the heart of SOHO, New York, since 2002. We are a all female owned movement studio, dedicated to quality instruction and personalized sessions, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
*(We offer daily open GYROKINESIS® classes, Private GYROKINESIS® Instruction and GYROTONIC® Private sessions with our experienced teachers, as well as daily open GYROTONIC® Tower classes and monthly GYROTONIC® Pre-Trainings.)*
*Due to COVID restrictions, we offer at this time Private, Pre-Scheduled in-studio sessions only, with health and studio protocols in place, as well as Zoom online Group classes and Zoom online private sessions.*
