We are closed today, Dec 24 - Dec 28, for the long Holiday weekend.
Open Monday and Tuesday, Dec 29 & 30, with 1pm Tower Group class Tuesday Dec 30th.
Closed Dec 31 - January 4 2026, for the long New Year weekend.
Back with regular hours and schedule from January 5th, 2026.

Level 1 completed today on the winter solstice with wonderful instructor Asia coming in from London for the last course of the teaching year, and what a whirlwind year it’s been!
