Two incredible days with reminded me how deeply community, culture, and health are connected. ❤️

Day 1 brought together amazing founders and innovators — , , , and Trendlytics — to talk about bridging health inequities and the real challenges of driving change in our community.

Big takeaways:
✨ Getting adoption across generations
✨ Finding champions to bring innovation to life
✨ Building a trusted bridge between tech and medicine

Day 2 closed with their beautiful holiday fundraiser, where I met and celebrated with inspiring local leaders and business owners.

Huge thanks to Vic Lee and her amazing team for creating such a meaningful gathering.

At Medtriarch group, we’re deeply aligned with this vision — helping build sustainable, community‑rooted businesses that reflect the voices and needs of the people they serve. 💪🏽

☀️Summer tales coming to an end.

Been muted for a while due to changing environment. But life continues to move along with all the puzzle pieces coming somewhat together. Excited for the future as I unveil more projects along the way.

More to come folks.

— a successful chapter for

Over the past 6 months we rebuilt our team, focused on our core infrastructure and led an initiative to revitalize the Asian Caucus — showing presence in this year’s conference at . This brought an additional 60+ membership into the organization, and multiple collaborative opportunities with other PA constituents to work on overlapping projects that are synergistic and mission critical. As my time winds down in Denver, I want to thank them for sharing their insights, experiences and for their commitment in helping us grow.

So what’s next? Now that we generated a buzz…where are we heading as an organization?

Well… we have some ideas, and would love to hear from our members on what they want to see.

Today, I had the privilege of reconnecting with the mentor who fundamentally shaped my professional journey - Steve Yau. He is a practicing CV surgery PA over at Stanford Hospital.

During our lunch, I was reminded of how pivotal his guidance was in my career path. When I was exploring healthcare professions, he didn’t just explain what a Physician Assistant does - he showed me, providing invaluable first-hand experiences in both clinic and hospital settings.
By giving me direct exposure to the PA role, he allowed me to see beyond textbooks and theoretical knowledge. Walking alongside him, observing patient interactions, understanding the nuanced responsibilities of a PA, these hands-on experiences were transformative. They didn’t just inform my decision to become a PA - they confirmed it with absolute clarity.

To my fellow professionals: Remember, you were once a student seeking guidance. Pay it forward. Be the mentor you wish you had. Take time to show emerging professionals the ropes, share your experiences, and open doors for the next generation. True leadership isn’t just about personal success, but about lifting others and creating pathways for future talent.

Steve, your generosity in sharing your professional world made all the difference.

Thank you for being more than a mentor - a professional catalyst.
