Everyday has new possibilities. The Fall gives us a chance for new beginnings. It is also a time of change and loss. Loss also offers us an opening to create something new if we are conscious of that opportunity. Consciousness can be one of the benefits of psychotherapy.

As the summer moves toward an end, there is often a feeling of loss. The beauty of this season helps people connect more as we are more outside and engaged. The challenge of colder weather is the keep ourselves engaged and active. Not to isolate.
