I finally made it to beach this weekend🧜🏽‍♀️ First swim of summer——cannot believe it❣️ The water was glorious and inviting with her calm waves 🌊 My friend was coming with her man and friend, both whom I adore 💧 So naturally, I brought extra nibbles for all of us arg 🐙 I went to the market and bought so many yummy things 💰 🌿 🥒 My load was so heavy btw all the snack for four, watermelon 🍉 blueberries 🫐 strawberry 🍓 cucumber, two types of cheese 🧀 , baguette 🥖, french desert, avocado 🥑, coconut 🥥 water,chai, one beach umbrella ⛱️ one sun parasol, journal, aloe, chimes, more snacks, drinks——and can you belive no-one even ate what I brought except for me🙀 OH GAWD❣️I carried so much extra weight because I always think of a million people which is amazing and I love that about myself 🫶🏽 But I really needed to think of myself and not carry the entire world on my shoulders😿 This is not the first time and it is also cultural 🫶🏽 Anyway, my friend and I came up with “bring for yourself and ONE thing to share” 🌗 With all the planets in retrograde especially Chiron, we are presented with what is out of balance and what does not feel harmonious in our life ✨ Regardless, I had an amazing day at the beach, left the berries for the deer and served the best snacks 🧜🏽‍♀️ 🐚 💦

It is no secret that I love to cook and make yummy dishes ✨ And when it comes to my edible and botanical skincare line, JustBe Skin Line, I am a skin chef ✨ I developed my line with the same principles of the foods I was putting into my body and I thought, “well if it is healthy for my inside it will be healthy for my outside—skin inside out. “ My facials are like a blank canvas and I use different fresh ingredients according to the temperature of the seasons, what products are local, and what my clients’ skin & body needs ✨ The best ingredients are either in the fridge, in the spice rack, or at a local farmer’s market 🍉🍌🍓🍋🥑🥥🍎🥒🥑🥭🍍 🧑🏽‍🍳
