FC people-I'm teaching a Wednesday night 6:30pm Core Strength class at YogaLocal in Bklyn--just ten minutes from the original Fierce Club location in downtown Brooklyn. It's not that far, and I'd love to see you.

Dear FC Community - As most of you know... we have moved locations. I could not take all of the mats that were left behind with me to the new studio spot. If you left a mat behind at FC and want it, pleas e-mail or FB me by end of April. I have about 60 mats at my apartment and they will be donated at end of month if not claimed! Thanks, Shannon :)
