Xin Nian Kui Le!
新年快樂!
The Lunar New Year welcomes the Year of the Fire Horse, a symbol of energy, strength, and forward movement. In traditional Chinese culture, the Lunar New Year is the most significant holiday in the year.
The Horse represents vitality, perseverance, and a free spirit. It reminds us to move forward with courage and to live with enthusiasm and purpose.
The Year of the Horse encourages us to cultivate strong Qi, stay active, and maintain balance in body and mind. Just as the horse moves with grace and endurance, we are reminded to take steady steps toward better health and well-being.
This is a wonderful time to renew our commitment to self-care and more practice. Acupuncture is a healing form of self care which balances the mind, body, emotions and spirit. Gentle practices such as Qigong, Taiji, Kung Fu, Calligraphy, Meditation and other types of exercises with proper rest, nourishing food, and a peaceful mind help support the smooth flow of Qi and Blood throughout the year.
May the Year of the Horse bring you:
Strength and vitality
Good health
Steady progress
Harmony and Peace
Let us move into the new year with renewed energy and an open heart.- adapted from the Wen wu school
