That’s my approach to teaching pilates exercises.

(Okay it’s not that big a secret but it’s an often overlooked or ignored skill.)
Unlike a goat you weren’t born with this ability. You developed it gradually over time, through trial and error and experience.
Your ability to sense yourself - accurately and honestly - is key to being able to move safely, skillfully and dynamically.
