New material and advanced techniques learned with Ellen Callaway. Exciting guest speakers to take us deeper into the conversation of Somatics and Psychology of the pregnant person. We will also spend time with a well-seasoned labor and delivery nurse. We will break down outdated myths about pregnancy and pregnancy massage. We will talk about the proper way to communicate about s*x and gender with pregnancy and parenting. We will focus on what it means to be pregnant in NYC in 2026.
